Returns for Cowhide Rugs
We will accept a return or exchange within 10 business days from the date of purchase. The hide must be in original condition (uncut and unmarked) and folded neatly within the original packaging. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer which can be purchased through our return-authorization (Yay! You all ready found it). Once purchased, a shipping label will either be emailed or mailed, depending on your preference. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, you will be issued a credit or a replacement generally within 2-3 business days.The Most Important Reasons
