Amalfi is aniline dyed, buffed, and brushed with fine brushes that turn the top grain into this fine velvet like product.  After the luster is added the leather is tumbled to maximize the hand of the leather giving it the unmistakable hand of a pristine nubuk.  Soft, warm, and captivating describe this aniline leather the best.

For cleaning leather should be vacuumed with a clean, soft bristle attachment.  Use a suede brush or slightly damp nylon sponge to clean and straighten the fine pile when necessary.  Spilled liquids should be removed immediately by dabbing with a clean cloth (do not rub).​

Nubuk leather cleaners may be used according to the manufacturer's instructions after first testing in an inconspicuous place.
