Oh no!  You must be looking for a way to return your hide. 

We would love to know why you are unhappy with your hide and if there is anything we can do to help you find something better suited for your home.  Please let us know via email: info@wipelliusa.com if there is anything we can do to help.

The Legal Boring Stuff...

Cowhide Rugs:  We will accept a return or exchange within 10 business days from the date of purchase.  The hide must be in original condition (uncut and unmarked) and folded neatly within the original packaging.  Shipping costs must be covered by the customer which can be purchased through our return-authorization.  Once purchased, a shipping label will either be emailed or mailed, depending on your preference.

Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, you will be issued a credit or a replacement generally within 2-3 business days.

 

Upholstery Leathers (Wholesale):  Upholstery leather hide returns will be accepted or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Half hides are not returnable.  Full hides must be in original condition (uncut and unmarked), rolled neatly within the original packaging, and have verbal return approval.  Shipping costs and insurance must be covered by the customer.  A general restocking fee of 25% will apply to all returns, except in the event of an exchange where the fee may be waived.
