Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We work very diligently, but in the unlikely event we are unable to handle our high volume of orders, packaging or orders may be delayed by a few days. If so, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. In the unlikely event that delays may occur notifications of transit times and locations is available through the Arrive app at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Wipelli Inc USA currently does not have the ability to ship to addresses within the U.S categorized as PO Box or APO/FOP.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. For up to date tracking information please use the Arrive app located in the checkout window.
Damages
Wipelli Inc USA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Wipelli Inc USA does not ship outside the U.S. at this time.
